Frequently asked questions about our services:
Do I need to be home during your services?
Not at all. Most of our customers provide us with their house key or garage code. Our skilled cleaning professionals are fully trained before they even visit your home. Your security is our top priority!
What if I am not satisfied?
If you are not satisfied, give us a call within 48 hours of the cleaning and we will return within 24 hours and clean any unsatisfactory areas. If we cannot meet your needs, we will issue you a refund in most cases.
What about mini blinds?
We only dust mini blinds. This is because we found that they are too fragile to clean by hand. Mini blinds will often snap or bend when we try to clean them. If your mini blinds have bad dust or dirt buildup, we suggest replacing them at your local store.
Do I need to have supplies and equipment?
Once your cleaning is confirmed, our professionals will arrive with the necessary supplies and equipment!
How often do you come?
We can schedule as often as you need. Our customers usually choose bi-weekly services (once every 2 weeks), however we can also come twice a week, weekly, or monthly (once every 4 weeks).
What if I have to skip a cleaning or cancel my service?
Give us a 24 business hours notice before a service or a 48 hours notice before a first time cleaning and we will promptly reschedule or cancel your service.
How do you enter my home?
The most convenient way for you is to provide us with your house key or garage code so we can start cleaning as soon as we arrive. You always have the option to let us in when we arrive.

We clean: bathroom vanity, tub, mirrors, toilet, shower tracks, hand wipe bathroom baseboards, and interior and exterior of bathroom cabinets
kitchen counters, sink, table, stove top, interior and exterior of microwave, interior and exterior of fridge, oven (range hood and drip pans), and hand wipe interior and exterior of kitchen cabinets
Dusting of blinds, window sills, furniture, and light fixtures (within arms reach)
Mopping, vacuuming all rooms, glass door (within arms reach)
Interior trash cans emptied and brought to outside trash can
Hand wipe bedroom baseboards, wipe down interior and exterior of laundry room and living room cabinets
